Wild Rose Cottage is located at the Barrengarry end of Kangaroo Valley. A beautiful cottage accommodation only 5 minutes drive to the village and a stone's throw from the world's best pie shop! Set on 35 acres, with views of the spectacular escarpment, this picturesque property is close to the valley's best wedding venues. A chain of ponds on the property attracts the beautiful, local wildlife.

 

Set high on the property encompassing stunning views, this cute cottage has been recently renovated and includes 2 new bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms, dining area, brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. The lounge area looks out towards this stunning vista and includes a new flat screen TV to enjoy during cold winter nights. The large deck includes an entertaining area with outside furniture and BBQ. Also includes a grassed fenced garden area.

 

This cottage has the opportunity to be booked in conjunction with the other cottages on the Kiaroo Estate for larger groups looking to stay close, but have privacy at the same time!

  My husband and I had a 5 day break at Wild Rose Cottage in Kangaroo Valley. What a beautiful location... up on a hill facing the mountains and green pastures of the farm. We were surrounded by beauty and our own herd of cows. Totally recommend this place.

  The house was clean and presented well, we have rented this property before.
  Unfortunately the laundry facilities when you stay a week are lacking. They have a washing machine but no dryer or clothes pegs, so we always have to go to Nowra to dry our clothing.

  An idyllic short stay away from bustling city life was perfect for relaxation. Beautiful wrap around verandah with views of garden, wildlife and escarpment. Extremely well equipped.

  Wild Rose had a beautiful serenity and the views and landscape was spectacular. However within the cottage a little more attention to detail is recommended. Pantry items are more then salt and pepper. Please included oils, sugar other then sachet, flours etc and a set of saucepans - 1 is not good enough. the window sills need cleaning and the veranda should be free of bird poo and the outdoor table able to use.

  Our stay at Wild Rose was wonderful, the views from the balcony and were spectacular, the animals on the property such a highlight for our children who spent most of the time outside watching and patting the horses and sheep. A short distance to the cafes / shops. A wonderful relaxing long weekend. Thank you
